There's a reason why this quaint restaurant is a Thai gem. They have the most amazing food served with a dash of the warm Thai hospitality. I've been a regular at this restaurant for months since my vegetarian friend introduced it to me. And never have I walked away less than smiling cheek to cheek. The restaurant has a separate vegetarian menu which is well thought of and not loosely put together. That makes it a popular choice of several South Bay folks who are completely vegetarian. For the months I have eaten there, the food is consistent and I mean consistently excellent. This is the one restaurant where I would choose Green Tofu curry over Shrimps and Chicken because I have yet to eat at a place that can prepare it better than them. I'm not a Green curry fan so this is not a biased remark. The dish is compelling. In my several visits there, I have taken numerous guests from abroad and other US states alike and everyone has explaimed this to be delightful. From the Penang curry, to the Salmon, the rice noodles to the special fried rice, each dish is infused with flavor. Interestingly, its also not one of those place I worry about spicy food. In most restaurants I have to inquire about spice levels( is it Thai Spicy or American Spicy?)which are radically different grades. With Blue Mango, I've been fairly relieved that the spice levels are just right for about every palate unless you're sensitive enough to even find onion spicy. The hospitality is fantastic. The team is kind, timely and very respectful with a service attitude befitting a restaurant. And they've excellent food to match.
