Guglielmo Winery is third-generation owned and operated by brothers Gene, Gary and George Guglielmo, and has it all for any wine lover touring the South Santa Clara Valley. The winery tasting room and gourmet food shop is open daily from 10 - 5 for tasting and friendly conversation with the staff. The winery produces a distinctive variety of fine wines for both everyday dining and gourmet meals. Their specialty wines are under their Private Reserve label, including my favorites Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio, and the Estate Bottled Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Grignolino. The Villa Emiles Event Center features winery events, concerts, local fundraisers, weddings and corporate/private parties, where you and your guests can experience a memorable setting within the surrounding vineyards and hillsides. Guglielmo Winery is close to my heart because I worked at winery a few years ago, I met my husband there, and I still pour their wines at tasting events around the Bay Area.
